Having held the position of Manager Human Resources with a natural gas E&P company for 22 years, it was her passion for working with small to midsized companies that influenced her decision to move into an HR consulting role.
With an emphasis on strategic collaboration and forming interpersonal relationships with her clients, she is excited to bring her expertise to Navigate.
When Lydia is not working, she is often found traveling, spending time with family, at the gym or on the golf course.
